I successfully sang four medleys with one ethnically mixed with folk songs in the Indonesian Arts Festival, Singapore. Frankly, if it wasn’t because of (rush) invitation from one of my NUS friend who has joined the so-called TEAM A, i wouldn’t be able to perform in the hot stage at The Arts House which was historically built in 1827 as Singapore’s first Court House and former Parliament House (sorry no quotation). The place is so cozy, the only gazetted government building designated as a multidisciplinary arts center. For sure, i could meet more than dozen of Indonesian where most of them (i guess) are mostly coming from Jakarta, seen from their look. The most hilarious part was when my (superteam) TF-NUS Scholars 2010 came and encouraged me by the time i performed. furthermore, we had great time together and sang along (even though all parts are Indonesian song) hahahahaha.
